The pest control technician that came to get rid of the nest is a very professional and skilled guy. As painless an experience as wasp nest removal can be. Nice guy with a good sense of humour came and dealt with our loft nest with the minimum of disruption. Very efficient service. Within an hour of enquiring I had a phone call from them outlining the services. I then got an email with a quote on. Within a couple of hours of phoning to pay William rang to say he would be round that afternoon to have a look at the problem. When he came, he was very helpful? He was on time and showed his badge. He then gave me solutions to help prevent the problem in future and then set about setting the different traps for me. He arranged a follow up appointment for next week, so fingers crossed it has all worked
